Speaker:  Nancy Benner, Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement

Nancy Benner is a Senior Associate at the Center for the Support of Families, working on site at the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement where she heads  up the EFT/EDI project to encourage employers to send their child support payments electronically.   For this work she received the "Government Partner" recognition award from the American Payroll Association at their 2003 Annual Congress.   She is also responsible for development of publications and other materials to promote employer awareness and compliance in child support requirements like New Hire Reporting and Income Withholding.

Nancy Benner received her BA in English from Duke University and her MA, also in English, from the University of Pennsylvania.   She has been an Associate at the Center for Support of Families for 15 years.   Previous to that she spent 8 years in the field of international marketing and research.
