CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations can only be made by sending an email to vicepresident@denverapa.org and must be received no later than September 30th.  All cancellations must be in writing.

Cancellations received before Oct . 1st will receive a full refund.   Cancellations received between Oct . 1st to Oct. 8th will receive a 50% refund.   Cancellations received after Oct. 8th will not be refunded.
