* The Rocky Mountain Regional Payroll Conference program brochure is printed on June 15, 2010. In order to be included in the program brochure, vendor registration must be received no later than June 1, 2010.
** The Rocky Mountain Regional Payroll Conference vendor booklet is printed on Sept 1, 2010. In order to be included in the vendor booklet, vendor registration must be received no later than Aug 1, 2010.
*** In order to be included in the vendor booklet, ad space must be purchased no later than Aug 1, 2010.
****All cancellations must be made in writing to the president@denverapa.org. Cancellations made before Sept 1st will receive a full refund. Sept 1st to Sept 8th will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after Sept 8th will not be refunded.
